Within NZ you can specify a time-frame for delivery to a certain degree. Due to the nature of courier cycles it may not always be possible to fulfill every request but the courier will do the best he can.
For example, if you would like delivery after 3pm we can note this on your package and the courier will deliver between 3pm and 5pm when he is doing his afternoon run in your area. If you want delivery between 3pm and 3.30pm it is not as likely to happen as the courier will have multiple pick ups and drop offs to complete and he may not be near your address at that particular time. If delivery cannot be made a card should always be left in your mailbox advising you that a courier called but was unable to make delivery and contact details will be provided so you can phone the courier to arrange another delivery time.
