For orders within NZ the only sender information we include on the outside of your package is as follows: WH Ltd, Ph 0800 942 533. No other information that relates to our company is visible.
We have found it best to include this basic sender information otherwise in the case of a non-delivery the courier will open your package to find out who sent it so it can be returned.
International orders under the value of NZD$250.00 will also contain a customs declaration.
This declaration needs to contain an accurate description of the goods contained in your package. If the value of your order is more than NZD$250.00 then we also have to include an export invoice so it pays to make sure that the items you are ordering are not restricted in your country.
