All NZ orders are shipped using a registered courier company and track and trace is available for your convenience. Your order will be sent in discreet packaging so the contents will not be known.
All deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. We recommend delivery to a business address for the fastest delivery time as these are given priority over residential addresses. We do not offer Saturday delivery due to the unreliability of this service.
Once your order has shipped we will email you to advise how it has been sent. and will supply you with the ticket number so you can track your order online.
When we send your order via courier we request that a signature is obtained to ensure delivery. If there is no-one available when the order is delivered then the courier company will leave a card in your mail box advising you that they called but nobody was available to take delivery. This card will include the courier's contact details so you can phone them and arrange an appropriate delivery time, or you can call in to the courier depot to collect your order. If you would prefer that your order be left in your mailbox or another secure location then please state this in the 'Additional Comments' field as you go through the checkout. Please ensure that any location you choose to have your order left at is secure because if your order goes missing for any reason you are not entitled to a replacement. Alternatively, have the package delivered to yourself at work.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received between Monday and Friday and we will email you with the details as soon as your order is packed and ready to go. Courier delivery within the North Island is generally overnight. Courier delivery within the South Island is within one to three business days. Should your order not be delivered to you within this time frame, please contact us as soon as possible so we can trace your order for you. We are committed to getting your order to you in the fastest possible time so please have your order number handy if you need to contact us.
International orders can be sent by post or courier. The difference between these options can be viewed here. Post is generally much cheaper than courier but it does not offer a track and trace feature and if your order is un-delivered it can take sevral weeks to locate.
You can expect that items will generally arrive within these specified timeframes but because NZ Post do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain we cannot guarantee that your item will always arrive within the target delivery time. We have found that due to the nature of the goods we sell there can often be delays with customs.
