Buying from Wicked Habits is very easy and you don't need to register. If you do choose to register with us then you can save your contact details online to avoid entering them again next time you order. You will also have access to special deals we have from time to time and that are only available to registered users. Either way, ordering is very easy.

Simply browse our site and select the items you want to buy by clicking on the 'Buy' button to the right of the product.

Once you have added all of the items you wish to buy to your trolley, select your shipping destination, then click on the Checkout button and you will be taken to the 'Order Confirmation' screen where you can review your order.

At this time you have the option to redeem any vouchers that you may have from us, use the currency conversion link to see an estimated value of your order in your local currency, and check your order total.

Enter your name, phone, and address details in the appropriate fields, select your payment method, then finish off by entering any additional information you wish to add in the Additional Comments field then click the 'Submit Order' button.

Once this has been done, instructions on what to do next will be displayed on screen and you will receive a confirmation email regarding your order.

Credit Card
Select this option if you would like to pay using your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. Your credit card payment is processed by Paymex which uses a guaranteed secure connection. Your credit card details will not be revealed to us and the transaction will show on your statement as "Paymex Limited". The Paymex website that processes your payment is best used with Internet Explorer. Some uses encounter issues when using Firefox or other web browsers. If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to pay by credit card you will need to supply a valid email address from an internet service provider whose services you pay for along with a link to their website. Your email domain must match your service provider (ie. myname@unwired.com.au - Website: www.unwired.com.au) and the service provider cannot offer a free email service (ie. Fastmail, Gmail, Hotmail, Google, etc). If you do not provide this, your order will be cancelled, and your card fully refunded without any further communication from us.
