- This shipping option covers 25 destinations including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK and USA. If you require this courier service but live in a different location then the fee doubles. Alternatively use the standard air post option below.
International Post Option
- Delivery time-frame 3 to 10 working days
- Standard compensation cover for loss or damage up to NZ$250
- No track and trace service available
- Un-delivered parcels can take several weeks to locate
You can expect that items will generally arrive within the timeframes stated above but because NZ Post do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain we cannot guarantee that your item will always arrive within the target delivery time. We have found that due to the nature of the goods we sell there can often be delays with customs.
